“The location could not have been better for going to the races. Very accessible to dining and shopping. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. We enjoyed the front porch as well. ”

“Beautiful room, amazing king bed, beautiful bathroom (loved the tub!), friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet and super clean. Adorable dog Abby is a highlight. Give her pets whenever possible. Perfect spot for a couple before a show at SPAC and to explore downtown the next day! Would love to come back for a longer stay. ”

“Staff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Bacheller. Location was great, could walk to everything downtown. Our room was nice and clean, also liked the nice backyard and patio. Would definitely stay again ”

“This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. “The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. ”

“Historical B&B in a beautiful location on the Mohawk River, we had a great stay here. The place is filled with awesome antiques acquired by proprietors John and Pam over 30 years. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn.
