“We had a terrible stay. We were given a room that was either occupied or not turned over. When we entered, the beds were unmade, food in the garbage, cups on the counter. The front desk gave us a new room. The new room had a terrible odor but we decided to stay. In the middle of the night someone was trying to enter our room, opening our door.
