“Very nice property. Very clean, rooms are nice and staff is friendly. The only negative I didn’t like was they started cleaning up the breakfast items at 9:35 and by 9:50, there wasn’t much left out. When breakfast is open until 10 AM, you should be able to walk in at 9:50 and still have breakfast items available, not just scraps and a few things out. To clean up so early does not cater to the guests who are staying, it just makes it easy for staff to have everything closed exactly at 10.”

“I absolutely adored this clean hotel. First of all, the staff here are amazing. They take pride in their work and make every guest feel welcomed.The house keepers are helpful and so friendly. I had a nice conversation with the kind manager about how much I appreciated the special touches that the place offers, such as, a very nice continental breakfast from 6am till 10am. “This hotel is lovely! The rooms are large and comfortable with a small refrigerator and a microwave. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast menu and that it was delivered to my room on time. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here if in Traverse City.”
