The garden has superb views seaward across Winterton valley. The garden gate and path lead directly onto the beach itself. Beach equipment including folding chairs is provided for trips to the beach. At the front is a secondary seating area with garden furniture and Mediterranean style garden. The gardens are fully enclosed and safe for children and dogs. There is plentiful off road parking for up to four cars at the property.
