“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“The entrance smelled of weed. Room smelled of musk and hard perfumes, we had to leave the windows open all night. bathroom was not clean. Floors were not swept well. Toilet seat had residue. Beds did not look clean nor washed. ”

“When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because no one really knew what to do to get us checked in. Then our door key didn’t work. Then the hot water didn’t work. Then the Internet didn’t work. The one redeeming value this hotel has is when you encounter all these problems they do their best to fix them. No complaints about the staff. Then we decided to get some breakfast in the morning before we left, but all they had was a half loaf of bread and some boiled eggs in...

“ Hotel very close to the airport. It doesn't offer luxuries, but everything you need to spend a night is there.”

“Staff was nice. Water never got hot enough to shower, so I had to shower at work. Staff member didn't show up for morning second day of my stay. They are working on fixing the old Econolodge up, but it's kind of a lost cause. My door was opposite the staircase, so I had to listen to people stomping by and talking loudly most of the night, and the upstairs floors all shake whenever someone walks by. But they are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.”

“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. ”

“Great location. Rooftop Bar service was slow and drinks were not good. The room was nice but the temperature was so warm. We had it set to 60 but the room temperature didnt drop below 71. I love the ambiance of this hotel and the rooms themselves but lighting is definitely an issue. As a woman, a lit up mirror for make up would be a huge plus. ”

“Non capisco come Hotel.com possa consigliare un posto che non è un hotel bensi un residence e quindi non ha i requisiti minimi per il turismo, ad esempio non hanno una cartina della città. Inoltre la colazione inclusa è un caffè su uno scaffale, non una colazione e quindi un servizio millantato.”
