“Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel for the night. Crown plaza was available and they didn’t disappoint. It was reasonably priced, clean and updated. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They offered free snacks in the evening for all guests and what most impressed us is the free breakfast. It wasn’t your normal complimentary service. “The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and nice large bathroom. Liked the round couch/loveseat in the room. The room was quiet. We were on the 4th floor. The pro to this hotel room was the most important which is a great bed and clean room. The cons for me were a thermostat that if no movement in the room stops. So when sleeping may not stay the temperature you like. There was a coffee maker in the room but no free coffee in the lobby. Overall was a great stay and would stay again.”

“Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were scheduled to stay 2 nights however our sleep was disturbed by unruly guests in the room next to us. We called the desk several times & finally on the 3rd call management came up & talked to them. A few hours later at 1:30 a.m. they had their t.v. on so loud that it woke us up and when we packed up at 5:30 a.m. their t.v. was still blaring.
