“The whole property was 'TIRED'. First think noticed, was no automatic/accessible button to open doors. Difficult to manage luggage and hold door open. Sign in was good. Room was big. Bathtub had hair in it. Tile grout was dark and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No comfortable chair. Only one at desk. Huge vacant space available for chair or table. Black out drapery was torn. TV reception was not clear at all. We had a supposedly 'Executive Room'. It sure did not seem so!!...

“The owners were hard to understand but honest and kind. They asked how is everything. The building is old but we'll maintained and clean. The first night I could hear music through the walls during the early morning. Nice walk to the swing bridge. Twenty minute drive to muskrat lake which is great for kayaking. Near dirt trails good for walking, off road vehicles and skiing in the winter. Nice diner nearby that has an oldies music theme”

“Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. ”
