“Love this hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean and updated design. The entire hotel always had staff working on something, pool,landscaping,bar, vacuuming the halls . Location was great ! Something around every block. Immediate area is super quiet then within 5 minutes is a great mall , ten minutes a strip of restaurants, chains and local ones and 20-30 minutes to Busch gardens and other attractions. Great place to stay! Helpful friendly staff especially Anthony!”

“I have no complaints! We arrived kind of late and the man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful even late at night. Gave me a full run down of everything I could use & made sure I knew how to get to my room. Even gave me a map and drew on it for me! “The staff was friendly and helpful even when there were many things I kept calling a out to address. Overall the room was good and a great price for the one night stay. It wasn't great because of the cleanliness of the stay. I don't exaggerate when I say there were stains on everything. They were washed and cleaned but the sheets had stains and the towels had stains and there were even weird stains on the carpet in the room. It doesn't make things feel clean and it's harder to rest.

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hacienda and we loved it. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room was clean and the views overlooking the park were amazing, yet quiet.
We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and having breakfast overlooking the river. Then, going for strolls around the pond/park and relaxing with a nice dinner as we listened to a local artist play piano in Sasha's.
Our stay is always memorable.”

“Staff was lovely. Starbucks was a great perk! Pun intended! Room was spacious and clean. We'll definitely come again. Maloney's Irish pub had great service and food, kids can stay till 10pm. No room service but the list of places that deliver and were within walking distance was lengthy and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and stayed open a bit after 9 even though they said 6-9am. Those ladies worked hard. Overall a great stay!”
