“El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo.
La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

“Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful whatsoever!”

“Overall room was nice.
A few things I noticed to make me give it 4 stars.
- the coffee maker was gross covered with dust and grime
- I understand being charged a deposit for the room, but being charged for parking and wifi when I’m already paying a lot of money for a room is ridiculous, also I did not see anything when booking the room about needing to pay for parking and WiFi upon checking in
- they require you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water at their water stations,...

“We walked into the hotel at 8pm. There was a single person working the front desk. She was doing the best she could but a long line had formed. Their was a smell of smoke in the entryway. Many people were having issues with their door keys failing. Walking to our room we could tell that the carpet and wallpaper was old. Didn't see any cleaning staff or anyone else.
