“My room on the first floor had a radiator that made the noise of a dying car engine whether the AC was on or off it still made the noise nonstop. Also the window blinds did not close all the way 1/3 of the window only had a sheer curtain. So if anyone wanted to they could peer into my room from the parking lot.”
