Dear Mr Zichi good morning.First of all and despite your review we wish to thank you for choosing Castellum Suites.We are a little bit surpised to received so many negative comments as you have never been in any touch with the hotel .There is not even one note for declaring any default in the room or any other complaint during your stay.If you had been in touch you would have realized how many of the issues you claim you have, would have been resolved.The hotel had no information whatsoever hence your review is considered as subjective and your point of view only.
