Dear Isabelle,Obviously we did not meet your expectations however theυ were wrong from the start. It seems that you did not read that we are a small accommodation business on the most beautiful beach of the island, which was made by nature some kilometers away from the city.Yes, we do not speak french......however your English was not good to communicate better but you weren't willing to listen more. Yes, the sun chairs in Elia and all beaches in Mykonos are pretty expensive however this is not the field to rate this unfair to be honest prices in most of the cases. The Wi-Fi is pretty strong and it is very rate listening such complain in Cova. Overall, there is a menace this year that we face more than other years and this menace (you also put a review in google) it is a sign of our times....hospitality is a difficult with such repressed and unfair behaviors

The anonymous without explanation bad review means that you do not follow the rules and the policies of the reservation and punish us with it. It is an unlucky situation for our accommodation business and it will be for anyone hotelier in the future

Dear Anonymous guest, We are very sad from what we are reading. Even if it is an anonymous review we are aware of who you are because it is the first time we have a guest who is expectorate the staff because of a wi-fi problem. The fact is that the entire area has a problem one week now and definitely it is an issue Cosmote company needs to solve. We are calling them three and four times per day in order to try to push them somehow with no result. The first 3 nights everything was excellent on your stay and you did not mention anything. Your daughter was smiling all the time and we felt that you are happy together. On your last night and due to wi-fi connection which is not our fault suddenly the staff became horrible and the breakfast bad..... The asset of Cova despite the views and the new rooms is our staff and the breakfast where is a long card on which you can choose whatever you wish. I do not know why the last night you have choose everything from the menu and you did not touch even the water..... Anyway, the staff cannot make anything at all regarding the wi-fi problem on the entire area of Elia. Thanking you, Stefanos

Dear Anonymous guest, We would like to know some more details from your stay because we cannot understand who you are. As the owner of the hotel I only would like to say that I never had a contact with any valued guest so far. I do not know if this is good or bad but that is the truth. The smaller room we have is 35 sq meters and our furniture are Paola Navone. The external furniture from one of the most expensive greek companies named Almeco and the sun chairs worth 400 euro each. I have to repeat that we cannot understand who you are in order to have a more detailed reply on your negative review. Thanking you, Stefanos

Dear Mrs Lois, That is definitely not true. Our boilers needs maximum 15 minutes to warm up. The Superior Suite has a king size bed of Paola Navone (I am sure you can find it in google) and a sofa bed of the same designer converted into a double bed for kids which is obviously not a real bed. For a family of 4 with big kids, if you do not reserve a room with 2 bedrooms and there are somehow an ancillary solution for the extra persons, the quality of the sleep is not the same as the bed. You can let us know about your sleep quality. Anyway, we went out of our way from the long correspondence we had before your arrival, during your stay and until your reach the airport and we do not accept this grade. It is disrespect for our hospitality.
