Super consigliato!
Hotel graziosissimo, camere nuove e pulitissime, colazione molto buona, comodissimo il servizio asciugamani e ottime convenzioni con i noleggi di auto e moto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e se tornassimo sull’isola torneremmo qui!

Disappointing experience at Ino Village
We booked a Standard Double Room on Expedia. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that Standard rooms are only with twin beds (so just two single beds) although differently reported on the description. We asked a room change but they told us that it was not possible, although we booked a Double room. The rooms in the website pictures do not refer to the Standard Room, which is extremely different, old and uncomfortable (there is only one little and partial picture of a Standard Room on the website), thus the choice is misleading. Moreover we found in the room two 3.5 cm-coackroaches during the vacation, one on the floor and one in the old wardrobe. Once reported to the staff, they told us that it occurs because of the natural context (!). The TV is an old cathode ray tube. Nevertheless the air conditioning used to work. Two days before the ending of the vacation, the receptionist told us at 11 pm that our room was booked from the day after. She asked us for a room change for the last day (to a superior room fortunately), from the following morning, after breakfast. We had therefore to pack our luggage after 11 pm the day before. In the morning we had breakfast at 8.30 am, bringing with us all the luggage, planning to go after that in the new room. The receptionist told us that the new room would have been ready from 2 pm and we had to discuss to get the possibility of preparing ourselves for the day in the old room. We warmly suggest not to consider the Standard Room.

tanta voglia di qualità...
la cosa che stona di più è la falsità della persona alla reception che risulta totalmete fuori luogo... il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare un po' sporco e dai dettagli scadenti. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non c'è. La posizione è un po' sfigata. A Samos si può avere lo stesso servizio spendendo forse la metà.

Ottima posizione panoramica! Comoda con mezzi di locomozione (auto, moto, bici)! Molto meno indicata se a piedi dato che dista almeno un km dal centro del paese!

lovely hosts, very welcoming, view from the rooms, nice pool and great breakfast, nice rooms with great interior - Complaining at a high level: More shadow places for breakfast would be great, sometimes the “traffic” (single vehicles on the small road) up the hill where a little bit disturbing in the night, not very responsive to my messages ahead of the travel

Just spent the best 4 days here. The property is beautiful. I was surprised and upgraded to a different room. The food is amazing but the staff makes this hotel incredible. I was treated like family from the time I walked in and I can’t wait for my next visit in September.

Oteli tatil öncesi son dakika ayarladık daha önce hiç konaklamadığımız için ve yanımızda 7 yaşında kızımızla gideceğimiz için aslında biraz endişeliydik. Ama tatil dönüşü şunu belirtmek isteriz ki bir sonraki Samos tatilimizde tekrar aynı otelde kalırız başka alternatif aramaya hiç gerek yok. Tüm çalışanlar çok ama çok sıcak kanlı, saygılı, kibar. Çok huzurlu ferah ve nezih bir otel. Tüm sorunlarınızla detaylı bir şekilde tek tek ilgileniyorlar ve çocuk dostu çok sevecen bir otel 10/10 puan veriyor ve tekrar bir sonraki tatilde daha uzun konaklamak üzere sevgilerimizi iletiyoruz

Great view, great staff, very helpful. The dining in the evening was delicious. Wi-Fi was weak, not as described. Also need better locks on room doors, the staff can just walk in on you. It only happened once but still made us nervous.

Great place to stay in Samos
We had a great stay at the Ino Village Hotel! Fantastic breakfast, kind and helpful staff, and very comfortable room. It was also quite easy to go around and reach to the hotel with car, with ample parking space at the hotel.

Quel bel endroit, 15 minutes de marche des restaurants, endroit chaleureux et calme, accueil attentionné (café et gâteaux en attendant notre chambre), chambre du haut avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Kristy la réceptionniste était dévouée et très professionnelle. Déjeuner buffet copieux. Grand stationnement extérieur sur place.

Great views
The hotel has only opened following a Covid-related shutdown a few days before our arrival so we didn’t see it in its full operating condition, but the room was very nice with effective air conditioning and great views over the sea, Samos town and the surrounding hills. The accommodation is laid out around a decent sized pool, many rooms with balconies. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a little way out of town: we walked it in 15 minutes but the road is narrow, footpaths non-existent much of the way and it’s a bit of a climb on the way back. Having access to a car will make your stay more straightforward.

Heerlijk fijn en zeer schoon hotel. We hadden de comfort room, badkamer was nog heel oud met wat mankementen zoals een scheur in de douchebak en douchegordijn wat niet dicht kon, gevolg, badkamer die steeds blank stond. We hebben om een nieuw douchegordijn gevraagd maar hier is helaas niets mee gedaan. Verder heel fijn hotel op een fijne locatie, prachtig uitzicht bij het ontbijt onder de druiventakken.

Very warm welcome even upgraded our room.Views from the terrace and our balcony absolutely fabulous .We ate here most nights and the food was very good .The owners are upgrading all rooms ,ours had not been but nothing wrong with it .quite spacious and plenty of clothes space.Its only drawback is that set up high (to get those views ) its a bit out of the town and there is nothing of interest around it if you walk into town ,however if you have a car thats not a problem .

Superbe chambre; Belle décoration moderne.Le calme.Belle piscine Jolie vue sur la baie. Balcon avec table et sièges confortables ( mais sans intimité car sans séparation avec le balcon voisin ) Grand parking privé Localisation difficile à trouver sans GPS ( à 2 km de la ville ) Attention : pour ceux qui partent en ferry, l'embarquement ne se fait pas sur le quai de Vathy mais de l'autre coté de la baie ( 6 km ) à Malagari

Warm welcome, excellent room with panoramic sea views. Stayed before and it gets better each time. Food, both breakfast and dinner was excellent. All staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Attention to detail and willingness to help were excellent. We had no problems at all during this stay.

Beste i Samos by?
Veldgig bra opphold! Hadde et fint superior rom med sjøutsikt. Lyst og fint med moderne bad. Fint bassengområde med et basseng av en sånn størrelse at man faktisk kan ta noen svømmetak. God frokost (men så å si ingen variasjon) inntas på en herlig terrasse med utisikt mot sjøen og inn mot byen. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum, det er ca 10 minutter å gå. På den annen side har du kort vei til nærmeste strand, Gagkou. God service. Har bodd på tre hoteller i Samos by, dette var det beste av dem.

Á déconseillé, vieux et malodorant.
Tout laisse à désirer. Hôtel qui a tres mal vieilli. Tout est tres1950. La literie avec ses volants bleu bébé, vieil air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment, vieux téléphone à cadran et la télévision est minuscule et date des années 1950.Ça pue le vieux parfum dans la chambre et partout ailleurs dans l'hôtel ça sent le vieux bois mouillé. Le personnel n'est pas á l'écoute et n'en font qu'à leur tête. Tres mal situé, beaucoup trop loin de la ville.

This lovely hotel is an amazing find .... fabulous is the only way to describe the whole experience. Try the restaurant, out of this world with a breathtaking view. Book into the deluxe rooms, climb up 52 steps for a heavenly holiday. Go visit peoples !

This hotel is a collection of buildings built organically around a pool. Our room (#507) seems to have been newly renovated in a sleek, minimalist design, with the very best fixtures (hansgrohe, Duravit, etc.). The bathroom especially was marvelous, with floating glass shower door and natural stone finishes. Our terrace looked onto the bay and up the coast. This was such a calm place to read a book with a drink. The breakfast buffet and poolside lunch were great. We note that most of the other guest seemed to be Scandinavian and/or northern European, so the atmosphere was more hushed than yacky. Ino Village is a good choice for travelers who want to chill out, but may not be appropriate for those who want to be in the center of the action. Note that the "Welcome Restaurant" down the hill is an excellent choice for dinner.

Room recently remodeled, very nice. After brief issue with A/C, everything was good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great onsite restaurant. Off main street, great for peace and quiet, but a bit of a walk to go shopping or other restaurants.
