Bella e ampia stanza, molto pulita, la proprietaria è molto gentile a diaponibile, posizione molto comoda per vdere tutta l'isola se si noleggia un qualunque mezzo.

Situata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa dell 'isola , proprietari gentili e calorosi (ovviamente parlano solo inglese) che consigliano dove andare e cosa visitare sull'isola , unica piccola pecca abbiamo trovato il primo sulla parete del bagno un piccola colonna di formiche che nei giorni successivi non abbiamo più trovato.

bella scoperta
Splendida camera confortevole con aria condizionata e doppio terrazzo, immersa nella campagna quindi molto tranquilla, piscina piccola ma sufficiente, necessita auto per qualsiasi attività. Proprietari gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità , 1un transfer gratuito o all'arrivo o alla partenza, prezzo onesto.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato di qualche giorno trattandosi di una località di transito. Ciò nonostante siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento pulito e di gusto. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Le sue colazioni preparate ad hoc e buonissime. Ottime informazioni e capacità nel risolvere problemi organizzativi. Continuate così.

Vacanza all'insegna della tranquiliita'
Il soggiorno e' stato come nelle aspettative: ottimo residence, nuovo, ottima accoglienza e disponibilita' da parte dei proprietari (ci hanno accolto anche alle 4 della mattina successiva a causa del ritardo dell'aereo!). Le attivita' organizzate dal residence sono state delle migliori

Bella struttura vista mare
Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perché di passaggio al ritorno da Milos. Più che una camera la nostra era un appartamento accogliente, pulito, silenzioso con tutti i confort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gestione di una giovane famiglia e gustato una eccellente colazione servitaci bello studio con abbondante yogurt con macedonia di frutta freschissima, fritttatine con pomodori locali oltre burro miele e marmellata (pane appena sfornato). Consigliato vivamente.

bien près de l’aéroport
Nous étions en transit car nous avions déjà visité santorin 3 jours avant et nous devions prendre l’avion le lendemain matin. Nous sommes donc restés à l’hôtel et nous avons profité de la piscine. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture l’hôtel est loin de tout. Par contre il est près de l’aéroport donc pratique pour nous. La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible.

Maria, the house host was very friendly , she and her husband fetch us around, arrange the trip for us and advise us to avoid tourist trap which we are so appreciated with Maria and her husband , we will definitely stay here again if we visit Santorini

This is a beautiful little home from home place to stay. The host’s are more than helpful and offer the most amazing breakfast. Although it is a 15minute walk to the nearest shop and restaurant, this would not stop us from staying here again. It is so peaceful, beautiful and exceptionally clean yet only a 40 minute walk from the capital! Absolute Perfection!!

I stayed at the sakas residence and another hotel that was about 5 time a more expensive. Out of the 2 I have to say the customer service at sakas did not compare to the 5 star I stayed at. The family was more than accommodating with picking me up and dropping me off different places around the island ( for a low fee ofcourse) which was less expensive than a taxi... the stay was worth every penny.

The room we received was not the one we booked. Couldn’t take a warm shower in the early morning. We received shampoo for the first two days, when we run out we received some more but were told that we should buy these ourselves for the remaining days.

We werden op tijd opgehaald door de shuttle service van Sakas Residence. We werden door de eigenaresse ontvangen en zij vertelde wat er allemaal mogelijk was op het eiland. Verder heeft ze voor een huurauto gezorgd wat netjes bij het appartement werd gebracht. Al met al een uitstekende service.

Casa con apartamentos cercana a Fira (necesario coche) con piscina y muy buenas instalaciones comunes- Dueños muy amables Como puntos a mejorar está la poca potencia de la Wifi y el escaso menaje (vasos, cubiertos,..) del apartamento. El resto muy bien

The hosts were excellent and the rooms and pool were great! But the location was pretty far out. You had to rely on the hosts picking you up and driving you out because it was too far out to pick up a taxi/bus. Thankfully, the hosts were super helpful and great otherwise the location would have been a huge hinderance.

un cauchemar
NE RÉSERVEZ PAS !!!! ARNAQUE !!! A peine arrivé à l'hôtel a minuit la patronne de l'hôtel nous dit que nous allons rester uniquement pour la nuit ( réservation de 3 jours effectuées un mois a l'avance) suite à une double réservation d'ebookers et qu'elle allait nous reloger dans un autre hotel FAUX elle ne connaissait pas le nom de l'autre hôtel ou elle voulait nous reloger Le jour suivant appelant le site pour plus d informations le site me fait comprendre que c'est absolument faux!!!! il n'y pas de double réservations pour cette chambre. De plus, elle vient nous crier dessus que nous lui faisont des problèmes en appelant le site. Ebookers nous a reloger des le lendemain nous avons perdu une matinée a cause de cet hôtel malhonnête. Je vous déconseille fortement hôtel vraiment. RÉSERVEZ AILLEURS VRAIMENT

Cute place and awesome owners...
Check in was the easiest ever. The property has a desert feel but in a good way. The room we got had two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living room/dining area. It felt like we had a whole house to ourselves which was so nice! This is family owned and the owners (a couple) live in the property which is very convenient. Not to mention they are so cute and helpful, they really make you feel at home. They transported us the whole time we were there and were available at any time. So glad we chose this place and would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing cave house built from scratch by the owner
From the moment we stepped in to the room, we immediately fell in love with the space. A spacious and sparkling clean cave house concept room that was very well maintained. It even came with a mini sandwich maker which was perfect for us as we usually prepare sandwiches for our own breakfast. The lovely couple that owned this place were also very nice and helpful people. We had a free pickup from the airport and on one of the nights after we came back, the family was having dinner by the pool and they invited us over for some wine. It was through that conversation that we found out that the rooms were newly built just three months ago and it was all built from scratch and designed by her husband. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sakas residence and would definitely stay here again should we ever visit Santorini.

Cozy villa close to Fira & airport
Initially we were surprised to find out that the room we thought we booked didn’t exist anymore due to renovations, Expedia didn’t update the posting to reflect that. But the owner was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. She offers an an amazing breakfast for for a very affordable cost, it was easy to rent scooters to get around because you can get them right from the villa, and the property has a lovely courtyard/pool. The room was very clean and comfortable, overall we liked our stay!

Quiet & Cosy
Great view of the ocean and a nice modern room. Hosts were great going out of their way to make their guests stay more enjoyable! A little bit out of town but the hosts can organise the rent of a vehicle or offer to drop you in town for a few euros.

Lovely couple run the property. We were picked up from the airport and and they offered reasonable transfer charges to all places on the island.Very helpful with what to do and where to go whilst in Santorini.

Absolutely stay at this place!!
Sakas is a private property in a quiet town, very close to the airport. Our apartment was big for 3 persons. Breakfast is available for an additional €7, and it is served to your room or outside by the pool. Artemis the host is super helpful and gives you loads of tips on how to save money, as well as what to do. She made our stay in santorini super special and if I were to go back I'd definitely stay with her again.

Picked us up from port free, which was nice! However they took 30 euros for a 5 minute drive to the airport, ok so it was at 2 in the morning but as I understood they took 30 euros anytime of the day, totally unacceptable in my eyes for just a short drive.Drove us into Fira and picked us up for 12 euros in addition. It says that there's free airport transport both ways on Hotels.com. Wifi didnt work either!

Nice typical place
We had a very nice stay at Sakas Residences. Artemis and Celios were very welcoming with us and gave a lot of good advice. It was easy to travel around the island from the hotel. Everything in the flat was clean and convenient. We would definitely recommand Sakas Residences for anyone who wants to stay in Santorini!

Nice room in a quiet area
This place was lovely! Situated close by but away from the main touristy drag on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. It's a family run hotel and they were so lovely. They organised us transfers (at a much cheaper rate than taxi would be) as well as ATV hire from the doorstep of the room to make exploring Santorini a breeze! The room was very comfortable and super clean with all ammenities one would need. I would certainly choose this place again next time in Santorini.

Misleading information on hotel description
Decided to stay for a few hours after arriving here by ferry, in order to get some sleep before a 0400 hrs flight. We chose this hotel because they stated 'airport transfer'. We phoned beforehand and we were told we would be collected at the port. There was nobody to collect us so we had to pay 20 euros for a bus dropping off tourists to multiple destinations so arrived much later than hoped. We were then told we would have to pay them 20 euros unless we went to airport before 12. We ended up spending just 75 mins at hotel before going to airport and waiting there for 4 hours. Our total stay/transfer cost was 83 euros when we could have got a taxi for 20 euros from port to airport without having to endure all the unpleasantness.

One night stay
Decent place for a one night stay, but a little disappointed with the fact that they charged to take me back to the airport. It may be my fault that I thought their description stated free airport transportation, but upon arrival I was told that was only for pickup and I would have to pay 20€ to be taken back. I also never received the WiFi password and had to disturb the other guests to get it. It was clean and quiet so that was nice, but I still felt it was lacking something and thankful I was there for only one night.

Aunque no pudimos quedarnos mucho tiempo, la casa estaba muy limpia, era cómoda, contaba con todos los servicios. los propietarios fueron muy amables y serviciales con nosotros, nos recogieron del aeropuerto y nos indicaron lo necesario para visitar los alrededores.

Best place ever! Highly Recommended!
The apartment is big, very clean with really beautiful interior design. There's even a small kitchen, with ovens, pans, plates, kettle, and fridge...it offers almost everything! We bought delicious Greek cuisines for late-night snack and was so happy that we were able to reheat it in the room. At night, we enjoyed the starry sky outside the apartment. In the morning, there was also nice view of the sunrise. During our two-nights stay, the owners were super friendly and gave us lots of advice on where to go. We love the place so much and would like to recommend everyone to go! A place I will definitely stay again if visiting Santorini in the future.
