Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche in den Herbstferien. Das Star Beach ist eine weitläufige Anlage mit mehreren Pools, Restaurants und mehreren Stränden. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Die beiden anderen Restaurants (mit Reservierung) waren nett jedoch auch mit Speisen vom Buffet.

Alles in allem sehr schön. Tolle Pools, sehr schönes Meer, ausreichend Liegen vorhanden (außer am Hauptpool), sehr gute Speisenauswahl, vor allem das kritische Restaurant am Meer. Der Erwachsenenbereich mit den DJs war leider oftmals zu laut und störend. Am Meer hörte man davon allerdings nichts. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen. Leider hatte unser Zimmer, entgegen der Beschreibung, keine Verbindungstüre, so dass der Raum mit den vier Betten und der mit den zwei Betten praktisch eins waren. Privatsphäre während des ganzen Urlaubs aber Fehlanzeige. Unser Zimmer lag sehr gut um alle Pools, Meer und Restaurants zu erreichen. Da es in der Parterre lag, gab es auch eine schöne große Terrasse. Auf dem Gelände gibt es All inclusive Bars, aber leider auch einige Bars, an denen man hätte bezahlen müssen, bzw. die für externe Gäste des Wasserparks dienten. Der Wasserpark war eine willkommene Abwechslung und hat uns viel Spaß bereitet. Zudem gibt’s am Meer die Möglichkeit, Wassersport zu mieten (Banana-Boot, Sofa, Jetski,…)

Good hotel, nice pools for the kids. Food was in between, good breakfast, lunch and dinner ware less. Verry friendly staff. Room was good, just a lot of noise in the hallway. In general good hotel.

Bien mais sans plus
Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. Grand complexe, on se sent un peut vite les uns sur les autres (un peu comme un bateau de croisière). Il manque des espaces verts, de tranquillité. Dommage que le parc aquatique soit ouvert à tout le monde (autres hôtels comme locaux), il est impossible de trouver une chaise longue pendant la journée. On a été un peu embêté par les fourmis dans la chambre dès que l'on laissait quelque chose dans un placard (on a du jeter bonbons et gâteaux car ils étaient infestés de ces petites bêtes). Hotel un peu bruyant le soir et la nuit. Heureusement, la qualité de la nourriture rattrape les point négatifs. Tres beaux restaurants avec vue sur mer (Creatan Taverne et Asian). Belles plages, eau claire. Attention a bien demander une chambre loin du Star Beach (sauf si vous aimez la techno tous les soirs jusqu'à minuit). Un peu déçu par l'animation. Les spectacles étaient principalement de la danse (6 jours sur 7), le dernier jour étant un spectacle de magie pour enfants.

Entertainment for big and small. Great dining options and big selection of food, great all inclusive. Kids had the best time with water slides and pool. We will definitely be back. Highly Recommend!!

Fantastisk plass for barn som elsker basseng og vannsklier. Vi hadde med barn fra 5-13 og alle hadde det helt topp. Det var en perle for barnefamilier. All inclusive maten/ buffeten var veldig bra, men du blir litt lei etter 10 dager. 🙈😊 Litt minus på renhold på rommet og noen litt sure bartendere/servitører selv om det også var mange hyggelige. Topp opplevelse for barna!👍

Le complexe est énorme et top pour les enfants et parents désireux de se retrouver... Bcp d'activités et d'animations. Buffets complet et copieux. Tout est à proximité (centre ville, jeux extérieurs, animations, boutiques...) Juste un bémol pour la literie!!! Vraiment il faut changer!! Sinon bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Hotel was lovely, great standard of food. However, Wi-Fi was non-existent. We were also put into a smaller room because there was only two of us, yet we had paid for a larger room. Also made us checkout early.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié ce sont les différents espaces aquatiques pour les enfants et la localisation de l'hôtel plutôt bien situé. Ce qui nous a moins plus ce sont les animations quasi inexistantes, il n y a quasi pas d'activités de proposé, les animateurs sont gentils mais ne font pas "l'animation" et le mini club est restreint

We just finished a week-long stay with our two children at Star Beach. Overall, we had a great time. Pros: the housekeeping and food options are great. The Dionyssus pool and snack bar was very fun and the kids loved swimming there all day! Excellent location to the beach as well. The entertainment staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the magic show. Cons: This resort is going through a bit of an identity crisis. While it is very family-friendly, twice a week very loud rave music is played until 12am in the "VIP area" which seems to be catering to the 20-something crowd. There is also no information provided in the room regarding how to call reception, what the restaurants feature, map of the resort, etc.

Friendly staff, good food, though beach VIP music very loud and unavoidable, made getting kids to nap difficult. Misleading info on specialty restaurants, some places indicated à la carte, but were also buffet.

Very noisy and disappointing! Water park belonging to the hotel (reason for me booking this hotel in the first place), is not available as of 14h30, when the party with the drunk, young adult crowd from all over town (not the hotel guests), begins! Daily 'Tomorrow land' next door, has nothing to do with family friendly rest, hotel claims to provide. I understand, that the hotel wants the multiple source of income, but in my view it cheating the hotel guests that, don't come there to party....

ホテルの中のプール１つだったが、バーも併設されておりよかった。 ホテルの外のプールも子供用のプールがたくさんあって楽しめたが、18歳以上のみの若者用のプール以外に深めのプールがなかった為、少し大きい子供には不向きかもしれない。ビーチへのアクセスが良かった。 フロントの対応はイマイチだった。宿泊者の数に対してフロントが小さく人が少ない為、常に長蛇の列ができていた。 部屋にアリが出た。前泊者の食べ終わったガムがそのままにされてるなど、清潔面ではあまりおススメできません。

I booked this hotel because of its reviews. I booked the hotel for four nights and checked out after one day. The hotel is old, our AC wasn’t working, and it was about 90 degrees outside; my parents booked an economy room which means that it’s a building across the street. The service of the reception ladies was awful; they didn’t even try to help or switch us rooms even though I offered to pay for it. We then moved to Lyttos Mare, and WOW. It was a fantastic experience.

Överlag trevligt och bra hotell för barnfamiljer! Personalen kunde ha varit lite mer serviceinriktade. Speciellt personalen i baren/snackbaren nere vid stranden (vid barnpoolen). Vi fick inte ett leende på hela veckan av dem. De verkade mest uttråkade!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious, fresh and different every day. There are plenty of space in pool and beach areas. Hotel is very good for families with kids as well for adults.

Kindly note that as per the food variety, our Buffet is offering 250 different options per meal. Apart of the special low calories menus and gluten free menus we are able to satisfy any child or adult wish on special cooking request.
