“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. Somehow the reservation booked the wrong date
I booked this at 10pm on a Thursday night for a Saturday but confirmation booked it for the same night
I immediately contacted the hotel and left several messages for the manager
Also called Expedia multiple times
They kept telling me over the next few days they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel manager either
All I wanted to do is change the date
Both Expedia and the hotel left me hanging
No call back or message for several...
