“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them.
The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help.

“- noise from stomping feet from above the room level three can be heard loud.
- shower is fixed and water stream is weak. Not able to wash body completely. Recommend shower handle with hose! Need to upgrade the shower spout.
- Breakfast area is weird. Has to order food at the counter window like a drive thru. Need breakfast- restaurant area improvement. Check in counter serves also the cashier counter? This is poor service.”

“I really enjoyed the vibe of the place to be honest.
The rainforest room I stayed in was very eclectic.
I sent many videos and photos of the room to my friends in Australia and the USA.
The lady at reception was very helpful in the check in process.
The location was very convenient and the coffee shop/restaurant across the road was really good and a big bonus for brunch.”
