"I booked my room through Travelosity and the hotel never reviewed by booking and so the hotel was double booked and I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I was charged anyway and was offered no assistance or help whatsoever. Luckily I was able to sleep on the couch in a friends room. ..."

"The staff appeared overwhelmed. Virginia was rude on the phone but appear a little nicer at the desk in person. It’s a beautiful hotel and location. Weekends needs more help to Support there attitudes. So they can meet the needs of there customers"
