“We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. I understand that this hotel was built in the 20’s, but I was expecting it to have...

“Location fair. Loud room neighbor -shower did not work right.”

“The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!!”

“The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time.”

“The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip.”

“My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.”

“The room included breakfast, which was a nice surprise as I did not see that in the room or hotel description. Nice hot bar and very complete assortment of other items. Nice to have this available each morning.”

“Every thing was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. We went earlier than planned so made two rsvp. Tried to stay in the same room for the duration. No one could help us until we spoke with the hotel staff directly. Expedia, reservations, support all were no help.”
