“I had a wonderful stay at Signature by M Village Beachfront Hotel. The room was charming with a killer view but the place where the hotel shines is the staff. The front desk Annie and Cherry were very accomodating and able to find solutions to travel hurdles I encountered. The kitchen staff were amazing. Breakfast was really top-notch. The head of the kitchen Jermany runs a tight ship. The doorman Tai was a consummate professional. I can't say enough good things about the staff there. Bravo!”

“Horrible expérience ! L'entrée de l'hotel nous a été refusé pour cause d'insalubrité. En effet, tous les matelas étaient dehors, dans la rue, l'hotel étant infesté de puces de lit ! Nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel en pleine nuit... dans un quartier infesté de rats ! Depuis nous avons eu plusieurs fois hotels.com pour obtenir le remboursement de cette nuit d'hotel que nous n'avons finalement pas utilisé mais ces derniers n'ont toujours rien fait. Répliquant à chaque échange qu'ils...
