“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. “Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.”

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“Pool was nice and warm, room great. It would have been nice to have tea at breakfast.”

“Decently clean, nice staff, comfortable bed. Small continental breakfast we didn't partake in. Only complaint was the toilet seat was awful, had seen better days and is an easy cheap fix. ”
