“the rooms are in need of repairs. the sink leaked, the bed sheets were stained horribly, i truly would not recommend the hotel to anyone”

“This hotel is unlike any other you will find in East Tn! It exudes charm and character, and is staffed with wonderful, helpful, accommodating personnel! The bar and restaurant there are fabulous, and the room and bath were charming, large, and comfortable. All this in a gorgeous area! We will be going back!”

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast bar was good. The swimming pool was dirty and every single chair out by the pool was broken. This was a big disappointment.”
