“If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had...

“The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony and the suite. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, very relaxing. The breakfast needs a little more variety. ”

“The reception staff was not particularly friendly at the reception , in compare with other place. The room was clean, except for a few brown spots on one of the bed sheets .
