“Everything was ok”

“Room was hot, AC didn't appear to work, smell was awful.”

“Hotel lobby smelled bad. 1st room smelled like dirty wet dog, a non-smoking room that had cigarette burns in the bedspread. Bathroom was nasty. Went to the front desk asked for a different room, got in the 2nd room it may have smelled a little better, but also had cigarette burns in bedspread, yellow pillow cases and stains on the ceiling. We changed clothes and left and did not return. Found a better place to stay. Pictures on website are very deceiving!!!”

“It’s not terrible but it’s old and ugly. We didn’t find any bugs so that was awesome, but it is really loud from road traffic. ”

“Went into my room when I was at work. Claiming he smelled smoke and that was a lie. I was appalled to find this out. The whole place smells like an ashtray and not to mention checked me into a a dirty room but did change it. I was visiting for work but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Don’t leave your belongings inside either. Obviously, it doesn’t matter if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Manager is shady!!! ”

“Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am”

“the room was disgustingly dirty, walls dirty bathroom had someones used soap with hair, cobwebs everywhere the staff wasnt even there when we arrived i didnt think we would be able to get in our room! had to call support multiple times. definitely getting what u pay for here. and the room smelled like cigarettes dirty sheets BUGS gnats spiders its a hell no for me”

“Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issues were that the room could have used more towels, and the shower pressure was a little too strong for our preference. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund”

“After a 15-hour drive, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in. The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine.
