“The floors in the rooms did not seem too clean. There was no daily cleaning unless requested by 11:00am, and then not cleaned until late afternoon. Towels were in shortage. If you requested a towel in the morning, you would not get it until after 6:00. The reason was that they needed to wash the dirty towels. It seems like they didn’t have enough of them. No towels at the pool, and the pool was small. The tvs didn’t have local channels. The air conditioner was located about 8 inches from one...

“The room was disgustingly dirty and had an awful odor. The room looked old and dingy. The sheets also had yellow stains on them. They finally changed my room the following afternoon and they couldn’t give me keys because the system was down. When we went into the second room it was better but smelled like mildew.”
