“I cleaned some drawers upon arrival. They were visibly dirty. Hard surface floors were not particularly clean Bathroom was spotless though the lighting was dim. Three days of our stay, the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub were full of palm tree seeds and bugs all the time. Impossible for staff to keep up with skimming, but looks like they only tried once a day. Halls and room often smelled mildewed. Wall a/c was quite loud. Beds, and pillows were very comfy. Good bedside...

“The young man who checked us in was so kind. The room was clean and overall the hotel was nicely kept. The only issue we had was the room was hot. Guess trying to save power but at least keep rooms guest have made reservations for at a comfortable temp.”

“Excelente hotel para vacacional, tiene variedad de restaurantes, casino, alberca impresionante, estacionamiento amplio, la habitación muy cómoda y linda vista. El precio muy bueno comparado con la categoría del hotel. Que no me gustó, que tuve que esperar media hora después de la hora del check-in porque no estaba lista y sin inspeccionar.”

“It was extremely welcoming to our pet. He had a great time. The only thing we would have asked for is more locations to deposit pet waste. Otherwise, it was literally perfect. Also, dog merch would be great! The bones were adorable, but from a merchants perspective, you have a full avenue for financial gain with dog affiliated merchandise. Awesome time guys! We will definitely return! What a treat! ”
