“Friendly staff and clean rooms, not the best area around the hotel. ”

“breakfast was ok, needed fresh fruit to be added. I felt safe inside the hotel but the parking lot was a concern. Big signs saying the hotel was not responsible for loss or stolen vehicles. The bed was wonderful! ”

(One thing to note: the windows have plantation shutters, which does let in a bit of light at night even when closed. We always travel with our own travel black out curtains in cases like this.) ”

But I had a really bad experience with noisy neighbors, couldn’t sleep at all, I don’t have an issue with the room being outdated but there were stains on the sheets and towels and that is not acceptable, they can at least use bleach to wash them. “Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies.
