Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. “I spent a week at The carpenter's arms for holiday. The room was very comfortable and clean, the food was really good and the owner very nice. It was also close to the bus stop, so It was Easy to reach the station. I really loved that week.”

“The room was excellent. Keeping me on breakfast were both very good and served in a most friendly way. The staff for all very friendly efficient and helpful. We would certainly visit again but would maybe ask for a slightly different room with a more comfortable mattress. This though, is purely a matter of preference. ”
