“I have no idea how the hotel was. I didn't get to stay there because when I showed up to check in, I was informed that my room reservation was not in the hotel's system. Expedia did not send it to the hotel. After about an hour of phoning and driving I found another room to dtay. I unfortunately had to spend $150 more than I wanted to on a room for that night.”

“The place has character, quite old, no elevator, smells musty but in a classic way vs. decaying way. The hallways upstairs had a strong chemical cleaner smell.
The room itself was very small but adequate for my solo 2 night stay. The room and sheets were clean.
There was a TV but I had no idea what was included or what was free to watch. There was a small pod coffee maker with 2 pods and some powdered creamer and sugars, but again I had no idea if I would be charged to make them. I tried to...

“Visited many times in past. Used to be a five star resort. I would rate it now as a 31/2 or 4 at most. Rugs are old and dirty. Garden and flowers were not tended to. Roses etc were dying. Pools were dirty and not skimmed during the day to remove leaves, twigs and debris from the trees. Room however was great. Nice they allow dogs.”
