“Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, what more can you ask for? I have stayed here almost a week and have had no problems with the hotel. Keep in mind this isn't a resort, just a place to sleep without breaking the bank. 5 stars all the way. ”

“In my experience , this Super 8 doesn't deserve the poor reviews. For my stay, everything was fine. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was very quiet. Bonus for guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was minimal as other reviews have noted, but overall it's just what you wold expect from a Super 8”

“Property undergoing renovations. So hopefully the disorder will be cleared soon. It was disturbing to have been placed in the room where a HUGE construction trash container was placed in front of the window. No visibility to the PKG area or my car. This is a safety concern as well.”

“The health department should close this hotel down. There were lots of cockroaches. I couldn’t stay the night. I left and stayed at another hotel. ”

“The state uses it as a homeless shelter and halfway house. Its not an acutal hotel and you will not be refunded your money. Do not book a room there. ”

“There was no curtain on the window or for the shower. The TV only got one channel and would shut off after a couple of minutes. There was no soap or toilet paper. The manager made very little effort however the housekeeper took a great deal of effort to make the room work for me. She personally put up a window curtain, a shower curtain, and brought me toilet paper. If not for her efforts I would not have stayed.”

“The property is undergoing "rejuvenation "....the outside is a mess with various odd jobs occuring. The front desk has no clue as to what room we were assigned to. The worse hotel experience of my life. We had two nights prepaid.. Left as soon as we could get out after the first night. The front desk could not give me a receipt because they had two different names registered in the room we were in..could not find our name in the computer. They should be closed down.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. ”

“Knights Inn is a solid and safe choice if you're just passing through and need a night to stay. Many food options are nearby. The room is quiet until the next door car dealership opens and pipes announcements on the loudspeaker. ”

“We were born and raised in Greeneville, and have always gone back to meet up and camp at Paint Creek. Now we are older and Paint Creek has been closing in the winter, so we decided we'd rent the lodge. It was absolutely perfect. Old, rustic, in the mountains, by the creek, and a fire pit with wood on-site. This place is awesome. We will definitely be back!”

“Great location for a sort of last minute booking! Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You can hike with llamas just ten minutes away! As I told the owner having instructions for the tv would be helpful, and could not tell when oven was preheated as lights didn’t work.”

“place was very nice the only thing that was a little disappointing was the furniture was pretty worn the recliner as soon as you sat fell back wards the couches not beds weee very comfortable fuse ball table stored outside and warped really bad the good thing it was very clean and cozy would reccomwnd it to anyone and would stay GIn juat could use some updating in furniture”
