“As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. Then we went down to use the hot tub and myself and the two other ladies went to go in due to our backs and hips having issues, the hot tub was cold! The pool was cloudy and not all that clean! We noticed on the bed next to the window, there was something smeared on...

“Check in was very smooth, room was clean and as described. Breakfast was good. I’d certainly stay here again.”

“The bathtub in the bathroom was clogged with hair and was not draining properly. Upon notification to the front desk, I was provided with a plunger to address the issue personally. This experience was not what I anticipated from a hotel stay. The pool was satisfactory, the breakfast was adequate, and the linens had noticeable black marks, resembling pen ink. Regrettably, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.”

“Excellent experience With one caviat concerning breakfast Package oatmeal, I like to see a big pot of porridge on the counter at breakfast. The individual ones where you put boiling water in does not taste the same. The hot water is only obtained at the coffee machine and pours out a full 8 ounces when only 2 are required. One must put any empty cup under dispenser to catch the rest otherwise it would flow all over. Too much stress in the morning. By the way the coffee from this dispenser was...

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
