Cozy Home on Pepperhill

Bring the whole family, a group of friends, or corporate staff to this great place with lots of room for fun. The location for this property is convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, downtown Greensboro and so much more.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms
When you enter the home from the front, there is a powder room bathroom immediately in the hallway and staircase ahead.
On the main floor, there is a large living room, formal dining room, and eat-in kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook and serve guests. There are coffee pots (single K-cup & drip coffee makers). There is also a master bedroom with 2 queen beds.
On the lower level, you'll find one of the bedrooms (1 Queen Bed), a movie room, a billiards room, a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a gym/fitness room with a dry sauna (converted garage)
Upstairs (3rd floor), there are two additional bedrooms each with 2 queen beds and a shared hallway bathroom.
There is a large backyard to enjoy as well.

The property was as described, there was plenty of room for everyone, however a television in each bedroom would be more convenient for the guests.

The house was a bit quirky of a layout plan (the stair door blocks the hallway when open). SO MANY electrical switches in each room for fans, outlets, lights, etc. Never could get any of the tvs to work and there is not much space to play pool in the basement. The beds and pillows were VERY firm. Overall the property was clean and sufficient for a quick business trip but probably not somewhere I would book for a longer trip.

The house is great if you are staying in the area. The layout is a little quirky. The garage entrance is on the ground floor. Entrance into a game room with pool table and bedroom and bath. The heat/air is a radiator style. The doors open in a bit awkward but great place for a big family group. Beds were comfortable, showers a bit small, but definitely clean. Bath towels could stand to be updated. We found it interesting that there’s a wine rack on the center island in the kitchen but no wine bottle opener and no wine glasses! We used coffee mugs. Overall we would return to this house again if we needed a rental in the area.
