“Staff is knowledgeable friendly and professional. The manager's cocktail hour service is awesome; the bartender was engaging and gave great recommendations. Embassy has the best full-service breakfast, can't beat the omelette station and then there's still a full breakfast bar. My only complaint the pool area was disgusting. The female restroom needed to be cleaned badly. The pool water was cloudy-looking, we were severely disappointed.”

“Very outdated. All shades of boring brown. Our room carpet had a stain and I tripped over the carpet where it needs to be re-stretched. Our room felt like it was at the end of a never ending hallway. Our room overlooked ugly construction to make it even more delightful. And we’re Bonvoy members too so don’t expect any upgrades. Staff was very friendly but will never stay there again.”

“Very nice, clean hotel. It’s not very old as it was recently built so everything still looks new. Nice free complimentary breakfast and a “bar” to get a nightcap in if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There isn’t much in the area around it. My bathroom door did not close all the way; the door got hung up on the threshold. My colleague who was in the room next to me had the same thing. That’s a construction issue.”
