Lakefront Reynolds - 2 kayak, 2 paddleboard, privilegi di golf, cucina aggiornata

Cucina rinnovata 2018 con nuovi contatori, alzatina e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici.

La nostra casa è stata aggiornata nel 2017 con nuovi arredi tra cui vernice, pavimenti, lenzuola, asciugamani, biancheria da letto, stoviglie, utensili, posate e altre forniture da cucina.

La nostra casa sul lago si trova a Reynolds Lake Oconee e si trova a soli 2 km dal Ritz Carlton, dal Lago Oconee e all'interno del Marina Cove Village.

Dispone di 6 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni e abbastanza spazio per ospitare comodamente 14 ospiti in 3.500 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo aggiornato con gusto. Goditi le spettacolari viste sul tramonto sul lago e sul molo delle barche dalla veranda o dal patio schermato, che si estende su 2 dei 3 livelli.

Ci sono 2 master suite: una al livello principale e una al livello della terrazza, entrambe con letti king size e ampi bagni con doppio lavabo. Al piano superiore ci sono 4 camere da letto con 2 bagni.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare 8 o più e c'è un'altra sala da pranzo sulla veranda protetta. Il livello della terrazza ha una sala multimediale, un mobile bar, mini-frigo e un tavolo da ping-pong.

Abbiamo due kayak e due stand up paddle board per il vostro uso. Altri noleggi di barche sono disponibili a pochi passi dal Linger Longer Marina, dove si trovano un piccolo negozio e un padiglione. Tutti si trovano a pochi minuti dai servizi di Lake Oconee e dai campi da golf.

Family Golf Trip

This property was perfect for me and my boys on a golf trip! The house had everything that we needed! It was also nice coming home after golf and sitting on the back porch, looking out at the water. The owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. I would stay at this property again. I highly recommend it.

Labor Day Weekend at Reynold Lake Oconee

Perfect getaway for our extended family. Awesome communication and recommendations from our VRBO host! We were able to comfortably host our family while conveniently heading to Atlanta for the UGA/Clemson game on Saturday and spending the rest of our time enjoying Reynolds and the lake. Rented a pontoon boat based on the host's recommendations. Worked out perfectly. The house was well-appointed for all of our needs whether cooking in or just relaxing. Will definitely make this our first choice on a return trip to Lake Oconee.

FAMILY TIME

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We rented a boat, kids enjoyed waterskiing, the screened in porch was perfect. We could see and talk to the kids at the dock while they were fishing! We all agreed we would be back next summer!!

Perfect lake house!

Paul and Hailey's house was perfect for our extended family of 10, including 4 teenage boys and 2 grandparents. Its location on a quiet cove made hanging out in the water easy and fun, and we made great use of the included stand up paddle boards and kayaks. There is one marina within walking distance, and 2 others just a 10 min drive from the house. Having the extra hang out space in the basement with the ping pong table was great for the kids as well. Overall, the house was very well appointed with things you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. My only suggestion would be including beach towels for lake use. Paul and Hailey were very communicative and responsive when I had questions. I would definitely rebook here! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable and well equipped house

We very much enjoyed our week here. House exactly as described and owners very helpful and efficient. Lovely position on Lake Oconee. My only reservations are 1. for visitors without a Reynolds membership, it would be frustrating not to have access to all the leisure facilities Reynolds has to offer. 2. It would be really useful to have swimming towels provided. We all flew from the UK, so it would have been awkward to bring them with us. Luckily we managed to borrow some while we were there, so not a big problem 3. Expensive compared to villas we usually rent in Europe. For the money, I would have expected at least a mid week clean/ linen change, but I am probably out of touch with US pricing. Having said all that, it was a great base with lots of sleeping accommodation and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Couples Golf/Spa Getaway

We had 5 couples come down for a weekend getaway to Reynolds. House provided plenty of room for everyone, as well as cook meals together. Very conveniently located inside the gates. Halley and Paul were quick to respond to all communication. Sitting on the porch overlooking the lake was where we chose to spend the golden hours

Ideal Location

All positives here. The location inside a gated section near golf, restaurants, Ritz, etc. was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet and house exactly as described. The homeowners were exceptionally responsive and made the entire process extremely easy. Would happily rent again.

Dissatisfied stay

We were very displeased with our stay at this property. The house had dirt and grime, there were many stains on bedsheets/furniture and multiple dead bugs were found. In my opinion, the pictures of the property do not reflect the actual condition. Additionally, a pair of underwear (from no one in our party) was found between mattress and headboard.

Great House for a Large Group

We enjoyed our stay here. We came as an extended family and met here for a UGA football game. Love the number of beds in the rooms and number of bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated which was really nice. Great location. Property owners kept in touch and made everything very easy. Even helping us eat at the restaurant within Reynolds Plantation! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Spacious home - great location!

We loved our stay in this home on Lake Oconee. It is in a very nice, quiet cove with Reynolds Plantation. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. We were three families with young teenage kids and everyone had ample space and a wonderful time.
