This was a great house, with lots of updates and renovations. It was a great location for us, close to Elon. Our only suggestions would be to 1) add a few more pots and pans (especially fry pans or skillets) and 2) fix the internet, as neither of the 2 wifi codes worked consistently especially in the main TV room/den. Other than that, we loved the house and enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving trip.

House was very comfortable and the outdoor seating and fire pit was the Bomb. Plenty of bedrooms and the extra space in the driveway is nice for vehicle. The only issue is the dogs next door - to say they constantly bark is polite. I was working remotely from the house and the house is very comfortable - the the barking dogs are relentless and at times at night as well as we opened windows at night to feel the cool weather. Host was awesome and very communicative and was even super patient with us as we forgot are departure time and he gave us an extra hour to pack up. Very close to Elon University, about a 6 minute drive.

Our family stayed here for a few days in the beginning of October. The property is as advertised. The outdoor spaces are great with two covered decks. There is plenty of parking, we had 5 cars parked in the back at one point. You did not have to move a car to get get any of the five out. The house was clean with plenty of room for the seven adults we had spend the night. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. If I were to change anything, being coffee snobs, I would get better coffee pot and a burr grinder. I would recommend this property if you are staying in the Burlington area.

Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts. What more could you ask for?This was the perfect house to host our annual leadership retreat. Each of our small team had his own bed and bathroom, which was nice at the end of the day, but we also had our choice of neat places inside and outside the house for group workshops.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you need group accommodations.

We stayed here during our daughter’s graduation. It was perfect size to accommodate several family members and close to campus which made it very convenient for all of the back and forth from things. I highly recommend.

We were three ladies playing in a 3 day tennis tournament. House was perfect! The owner/host was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will definitely rent next year!!

Location location location

This house is in the perfect location for seeing Greensboro, Durham (UNC and Duke) and airport is close. 30 minutes from everything. Town of Burlington is super cute too. We were there for our daughter’s soccer tournament in Browns Summit (again a 30 min. drive) The house was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed (minus a wine opener, internet was spotty at times, but wasn’t t a big deal) access to home and communication with owner was easy too. Plenty of room for a large family and there was a large backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, fire pit and bbq. If we are ever in North Carolina again, which I hope we are because it’s so beautiful and people are super friendly, I would definitely stay here.

Great Weekend Getaway

We came to Burlington for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in perfect location very close to everything. The house was very clean and has a lot of charm. Very easy check-in check-out process. We look forward to staying here again.
