Bedroom 1: Spacious room with a Queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen-size bed with plenty of space to unwind.

Bedroom 3: Equipped with two Twin beds, ideal for kids, friends, or additional guests.

Upstairs, there is also a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space, making the home great for larger groups or families.

With multiple sleeping options, the home comfortably accommodates guests while offering privacy and comfort for everyone.

- No pets!
- Please take your shoes off before going upstairs onto our carpet.
- No large gatherings without our approval.
- No local guests that are looking for a place to party. We live a few houses down & will call cops if we notice any strange activity.
- We only accept guests w/ a 5 star rental history from past hosts.

Breaking these rules will result in a $500 fee.
