Great house and great location. There were several things missing (can opener, paper towels, butter knives) that we ended up having to run out and pick up for convenience. Overall happy with the stay and would definitely stay again

Convenient to everything. We attended the Jazz Festival at Oak Hollow Park. We ate twice at the same fabulous restaurant Magnolia Blue! The home is inviting, with tasteful, decor. Three nice size bedrooms! Chatted briefly with neighbors walking dogs and enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Great choice.

Close to HPU

We have stayed at several houses near HPU and this is now our favorite. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to campus. Property manager was easy to communicate with and property met all of our expectations. We look forward to booking the house again soon.

Wonderful Stay!!!

What a wonderful stay we had while attending orientation for our daughter at High Point University. Rogelio answered all of my questions very quickly. When I texted him at 10:45pm asking him where the ironing board was he responded that a prior renter had burned it and he would deliver another one to me by 7:30am the next morning. Sure enough, when I looked on the porch around 8:00am, there was a brand new (still in the wrapping) ironing board on the porch. The house was beautifully decorated and also looked newly remodeled. It was only about 5 minutes from HPU and in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!
