“I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up.
the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time.”
