“Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it.”

“This facility was under renovation the entire time I was there . A lot of dust at the lobby and next to the restaurant and inside the restaurant by the windows. Restaurant is very very dark during the day and during the night , you can’t even see what you are eating . All the seating area in the lobby have stains and dirty and stained sofas and chairs . The material was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and no variety of food .”

“I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing.”
