“Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games. “Staff was great rooms were clean. Everything seemed to work well thank you Hilton employees”

“I love the set up of your rooms. It was spacious and really felt like a small apartment. What I did NOT like was that a soiled wash cloth was left in my shower draped over the shower head. There was also hair in the shower. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me as a customer. I reported the wash cloth issue 3 times before it was removed from the bathroom. Please work hard to ensure all rooms are cleaned appropriately for your customers. Thank you.”

“I was disappointed in this hotel. I booked this hotel as a halfway point to break up a long drive, and I specifically booked it because it has a pool. We got there, and the pool was out of service. By the looks of it, it was not opened at all this summer, so it should not have been listed as having a pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel room was subpar.
