“Very convenient location for a downtown wedding - close enough to walk in. Walking route had many drug users and homeless, though, so we usually drove. Lots of noise from upstairs - non-stop barking dog, could hear every footstep. Bed was the least comfortable bed of any place I've stayed in years; between the two, not a great sleep on any of the 5 nights. Neighbors shouting at one another outside at 2am. “We rented for one night to go to a concert in downtown Grand Rapids and everything was perfect! We were able to park right across the street from the apartment and walked everywhere we went. Had dinner at Flannagan's, right below the apartment and was able to put our leftovers in the fridge before going to the concert since our place was just above us. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin.”

“Everything is remodeled in this cozy home located right in the heart of Rockford. Heated bathroom floor, gorgeous deck - right on the path to downtown. I walked to get my dinner every night. Ran in the early morning hours. You can’t beat this location.”

“Very nice and clean apartment on top floor. Great convenient parking. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Only issue is you need to pick up the key at an alternate location not very well marked. The info said you could check in 1 hour before you could get in the unit but the keys did not arrive until a couple mins after 4:00 so we had to wait”

“Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.”
