“I don’t expect much from hotels anymore that’s why I so pleasantly surprised by our stay. Excellent check in, thorough, professional. Loved loved loved the social on a Monday evening. Who gives you dinner, free beer and wine, and home baked cookies. Rooms were huge with full kitchen, living room, office space, 2 queens and a large bath. Everything was modern and spotless. Linens were new and clean, beds were great and breakfast was outstanding. This is what hotels should strive to provide! Job...

“The staff was outstanding. Upon checking in we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed/added in our room. When I notified the front desk, the person on duty personally took care of it within 15 minutes! I was very impressed-and appreciate-their level of customer service”

“The staff was wonderful and helpful. The actual facility was run down. We needed more towels and they were out. They did however bring a clean batch soon as possible.”

“There was poop on the bathroom walls, roaches in the room, complained, received no refund or compensation. Immediately booked something else and just ate the bill. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.”
