“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc).
Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“The hotel looks like it need to be cleaned upon walking in. The staff at the desk was loud and talking using slang. The elevator had a strange and funky smell. My 1st room was ok however it was dusty and moldy. The 2nd room the toliet wasn't cleaned. I woke up to a leaky ceiling and water all over the floor in the bathroom water getting in my hair on my clothes. I was upset. I have trying to rest the manager for 2 weeks without any help”

“I forgot my slippers so use bath mat to walk on floor. The room was spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. Its old style property but well maintained . My only issue was a chair just looked worn. Faded to the point I didn't want to sit in it. TV table were old school but that was fine.. caught a fair price for a very clean room.”

“We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The gentleman at the check-in counter was especially professional and welcoming.
The only small issue was that one of the extra sheets for the couch bed had a stain on it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.
We’ve had a few not-so-great experiences during past visits, but this time definitely restored our trust. We’re really glad we gave this hotel another chance, and we ’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you!”
