The room was pleasant and clean, and the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that I reported at check-out, but no big deal.

Close this hotel!
This hotel should not be allowed to be open. Room smelled musty and would not go away. I used half a bottle of Febreze trying to eliminate the odor. The carpet was stained and the hallways carpet was so filthy the entryways where matted and black. Carpet was suppose to be brown. Overall hotel is tired. Old furniture, fixtures and linen.

Comfortable, quiet room. I LOVE the fact that they let me have my pets (guinea pigs) in the room while some so-called "pet friendly" places only allow a dog or cat. PLEASE continue allowing these other pets. Thanks.

No privacy
Manager allowed service person to enter room without knocking. Door was locked since we were in rooms Then, service person returned with manager who attempted to open room without knocking. Manager did reservation an hour earlier so knew room was rented. Not told service person may be entering room. Manager offered me discount rate if I rented directly from hotel but it was based on a weekly rate. I wanted to only pay one more night. Was kicked out of hotel and police called.

It was not what i expected. The property smell horribly. The breakfast they offered were coffee and power bars. The room was unkept. I had to purchasey own cleaning supplies. The television channels kept coming on and off. I had to request a room change 3 times. The top floor was a better option because of noise control. To be fooled by the photos online. The carpet in toom was filthy. Overall, the rooms need to be updated. People were congregating outside drinking and carrying on.the police were called to the property. I will never stay at another one

Unknown deposit
There was a $100 deposit that wad unknown and when asked for paperwork there was none. There was also no sign hanging about a deposit. Front desk lady was nice but had to write me a note saying I would be get my money back after I check out because they did not have anything that says I would. When asked about paperwork I was told they dnt have any. Hallway smelled horrible and smelled like mold and cigarette. Room was not bad but no tissue was in room. Had to ask for some at front desk. Probably won’t come back.

Since I entered the "lobby" it smelled like cigarettes. My room smelled the same, the bathtub was filthy, with mold. No elevator and the staircase smelled like urine!

Check in was a disaster! I’ve never been charged a deposit nor charged up front for a stay. That should have been the first sign to not stay at this place! It smelled of weed and the room had roaches. There was no way me and my family were staying there but of course it’s going to take 3-5 days to get my money back

not staying again
This place smells like cigarettes no matter where you are. The hallways smell like weed. The bed are comfortable so I'll give them that. Theres no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your bags. I will say the location is great!

Door was falling off the wall, tub was stained and not cleaned, second room has bugs. Left right after that. Was supposed to get my refund haven’t seen anything yet.

Every time I laid down felt like bugs crawling on me had to walk down three flight of stairs to get linens never got house keeping and marijuana smoke all through the halls and bags of trash in the hall and stair wells
