I wish I would have stayed another day. The suite was not what I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Full kitchen, work area, very large bathroom. I will look for Homewood Suites in my future travels.

This hotel is brand new and decorated modern. The hotel and lobby area are kept clean. The rooms are quiet and they have a delicious breakfast.

Very hard to sleep. Walls are very thin. Other patrons were VERY loud. But I must say the women at the front desk were VERY KIND.

Homewood Suites is always a good time.
I’m on the road often for works and homewood suites is always home away from home. The actual room and front desk service was 10/10. The front desk support was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and immediately ready. Now the restaurant bar was a solid 6/10. The bartender was friendly the drinks were great. In my opinion a little over priced for the area but that’s common for hotel bars. The food was not good. I was told there was an actual grill in the back but based on the temp, taste and texture of the food it seem microwaved. To be clear I would still recommend the hotel and bar just not the food.

Check in and out were super quick and easy. Staff was absolutely friendly from the desk to cleaning services. Our room was very spacious and clean. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit again in the future.

Good all over
Really clean room, bed super comfy and shower amazing. We had a king suite snd it really was sweet. The room was spacious. The only ‘complaint’ I may have is closing the door while on the comode. Not enough space. Breakfast was typical but good enough. Would stay there again for sure

Management lacked in customer service. We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and the manager was not able to give us access to our room. We had contacted the hotel earlier trying to confirm an early check-in and the phone call was disconnected numerous times. Upon arrival the manager refused to accommodate us in any way.

Please know that we do try everything in our power to make requests happen but sometimes we are not able to; and I apologize for that.
