“This was a great location in Greenville. Very good service except for the dining. Went to eat dinner, but there was no cook. He took a break and didn't tell the bartender/server. We waited for about 20 mins, still no server.”

“I will definitely be staying at a Tru by Hilton again. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room. ”

“Our whole experience was wonderful. Checked in on the app, valet parking was a breeze, and getting our key was quick and seamless! We were in town for a concert and were impressed with the accommodations. The room was perfect and spotless! My only complaint would be the pillows were flat. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!”
