“The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...

“The employees greeting guests at check in are Fantastic!!! They were all so polite and always acknowledged us anytime we were in the lobby.”

“Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel. We were kept up until 2 AM by people partying loudly outside of our window and smoking marijuana. The night staff basically laughed at us. The front desk in the morning was equally unhelpful. ”

“Had advance reservation for handicapped room, but only a stool was added to be put into a tub. No walk-in shower, convenient for a person with mobility issues.. . Took 15 min to check in. Counter person, unsure of most everything related to check-in proceedures and English language... strong aroma of a cleaning soulution was persistent thru out 1st and 2nd floor. However, continental breakfast was good, bed comfortable, hotel was quiet. With the exception of above comments, would stay here...
