Room was so spacious, conveniently close to downtown restaurants and more! Front desk is a little hetic. Checkout is at noon, had someone knock on our door, felt.like we were being rushed. Breakfast was also chaotic, lots of people but we were able to take it back to our room so it was fine. Decent spread. Overall a good stay!

Excellent property. Expedia messed up my reservation and we were given a King room instead of a double Queen. The hotel was booked up and we had no choice but for one of us to sleep on the sofa.

Everyone on staff was so helpful and friendly. A large assortment of breakfast food was served.The room was clean and fresh and sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. It was a easy walk to the Peace Center and we felt safe.Thanks for making a visit to Greenville memorable.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. It was walking distance to everything in downtown Greenville if you have AAA then you can qualify for free valet parking. You have to use street parking. If you don’t valet your car there is also a parking garage across the street for access as well

Close walk to Main Street and lots of other downtown areas! Beautiful view from the room, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Our room was clean except for some old bar soap left in the shower.

What a great Hyatt Place. Staff were incredible and friendly. Lobby and our room were very clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

Although the hotel was nice and a great location, we were given a room with one bed when I had requested two beds in my reservation. I was told that reserving through Expedia only guaranteed me a room, but not necessarily what I requested and they had no other rooms available. I was very disappointed by this. They did comp my valet and gave me a small discount on the room, but it was still very inconvenient.

We were very disappointed with several aspects of our trip. First, the hotel offers breakfast until 10am, however at 9 am the staff started clearing up the breakfast. The buffet was out of eggs and we asked if there was more and were quickly told the breakfast was ending, to which we replied, isn’t it until 10? There was no toaster, and the trash was overflowing on both mornings we were there. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping at check in, to which we replied yes, only to find when we returned after 11pm, our bed had not been made, nor did we receive fresh towels. We were in and out of the hotel several times between Friday and Saturday and more often than not the front desk area could not be bothered to look up from their cell phones, perhaps that was more important than the paying guests at the hotel. Overall we were not impressed by the Hyatt and would probably not choose to stay there again.
