Spencer View (Waterfront on Moosehead Lake with Mountain Views)

Enjoy breathtaking views from 200 feet of private shorefront on Moosehead Lake in this custom log home. Being just 15 minutes from town, you can enjoy all of the downtown benefits while still escaping the chaos to rural serenity. With a game room, relaxing living room with a wood fireplace, four bedrooms, hot tub, dock, and private shore front this home has something for everyone. This gorgeous home also boasts direct snowmobile and ATV trail access right from the property! The property is located in a protected cove facing the Spencer mountains, which is a perfect place to use the two kayaks included with your stay. This custom log home is very well equipped for any family vacation. With three main floor bedrooms and two main floor bathrooms, level access to amenities is very easy. There is a game room with air hockey, pool, ping pong, foosball, and exercise equipment on the lowest level, and a large loft with four beds upstairs. The back porch is a perfect place to enjoy the mountain and water views. In the game room, there is a set of doors leading outside to the hot tub, making a very easy walk back and forth to the house. Be sure to watch for deer and moose, as this property is right next to the state park! Sightings are extremely common at all hours of the day. Spencer View truly has something for the entire family, making it the ultimate vacation destination!

Awesome log cabin on Moosehead Lake

This is a beautiful log cabin with a wood-burning fireplace. The view of the lake is amazing with deer walking onto the property. It has all the amenities you could ask for with a game room & washer/dryer in the basement. It is very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. I had forgotten to buy coffee, but there it was in the cabinet. Lifesaver! The beds are comfortable & the cabin is nicely decorated. My two suggestions would be to provide an initial bundle of wood for the fireplace, & to open up one of the closets in the bedroom with the on suite bathroom. But overall, we loved our stay here!

Long October weekend

My family of seven (adult children and spouses) had a wonderful weekend this beautiful home. The game room in the basement came in very handy, considering we had quite a bit of wet weather. Despite the less than ideal conditions, we still hiked, kayak and went fishing. The check process was incredibly easy. We cooked all our meals at home since the kitchen was fully stocked. we would love to return again!

Log cabin Beaver cove.

My family of 6 with 3 dogs rented this beautiful cabin on Beaver cove. This part of Moosehead Lake was perfect for us. The dogs could easily go in and out of water. Because it was shallow enough for them and us to walk right in. With no huge drop off..We swam everyday. The 4 kayaks that were availability were so much fun. Fire wood was provided. And the deer came to visit daily! If you are looking for a great vacation rental that feels like home. This will not disappoint. In my opinion it was perfectly decorated lots of little touches, everything you could think of in the kitchen and plenty of games both board games and a large game room. Any questions or issues that came up. The manager responded very quickly.wonderful experience.
