The Mid-Mod 3 Miles to Downtown / Furman!

- The Mid-Mod has 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 full bathrooms. Fully remodeled with design and functionality keeping you in mind!

- The floor plan lends itself to an open yet comfy feel. Plenty of natural light and recessed lighting throughout.

- The Living, Dining, and Kitchen are all adjacent spaces. Offering plenty of seating and style for family and friends to gather.

- The kitchen is well stocked with dishes pots and pans needed to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

- Whether short or long stay, and need to do laundry, we have you covered with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board - all on the main level.

- The main bedroom has a king bed, en-suite with a custom rain head shower for your relaxation.

- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, equally cozy and comfy for your good night sleep. Located adjacent to another full bath with a custom shower tub combo.

- Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed and is located on the second level along with another full bath and custom shower.

- Also on the second level, you can work remotely, spend time reading, watching Netflix or gaming in the office/lounge space.

- The outdoors offers a spacious backyard. Plenty of room for the kids and your furry friends to run and play.

- Every detail of this home is made especially for you to enjoy your 5 Star Stay! :)

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $69 for 1-2 pets or $119 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages to property.

Needs a new mattress
The master bed and mattress was absolutely horrible. We stay in house rentals often and sadly this is the worst bed I have ever experienced. The mattress had no support in the middle so we literally slept on a hard angle all night. Until the mattress is replaced I would avoid spending the night here.

Graduation in Greenville
We stayed in this beautiful remodeled house when we attended a high school graduation in Greenville. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave the four of us plenty of room. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked for guests. In addition, the location was convenient to all of our activities, including the downtown area and river walk. The house was beautifully decorated, too. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the Greenville/Traveler’s Rest area!

Family wedding weekend
We came down for a family wedding in Greenville. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of food and stores. We enjoyed going to the falls downtown and walking around to see the sights. We have another family wedding this spring and we plan to stay again. Thanks for your hospitality and allowing us to use your house!

Great stay
This was a great place to stay in Greenville. It was out enough of the busy area but close enough to get to everything quickly. There were nice touches such as snacks, waters and a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean delightful home
The home is spacious, clean and very comfortable. New appliances, lovely deck out back, tvs in every bedroom,thoughtful touches such as a basket of snacks, items you may have forgotten and shampoos and soaps. This is a beautiful place located close to downtown and to Furman University. Highly recommend this rental.

Great House!
This property is fantastic. The presentation of the house is top notch. Everything looks brand new. The furniture is all very comfortable, the property owners really thought of everything, too. The kitchen is fully stocked with every and any utensil, pot, or pan you’d need. The decor is all on point as well! The amenities such as a snack basket and drinks in the fridge were great, also the box of frequently forgotten traveling items for use is a great idea! The house has a Nest thermostat system for both upstairs and downstairs which was really nice. Every bedroom has a Smart TV as well as a nice size TV in the living room, and there is a living area downstairs and upstairs, even has a work area If you’re working remotely. There are so many fun little aspects to the inside of the house too. Didn’t bring any pets with us on this trip but the house is pet friendly with a nice fenced in backyard and pet bowls available. Would 10/10 stay at this property again. The property owners are also very responsive. Thanks again for having us!
