“From the posted photos and exterior it looks great. Staff was friendly and welcoming, but when I got off the elevator on my floor, it completely smelled of cigarette smoke now all the doors have no smoking posted, but that still doesn’t stop them got into my first room and as soon as I open the door, it’s still smelled heavy of smoking as well as the fire. Smoke detector was covered up by a plastic bag. Also, the doors on multiple rooms have excessive gaps that you can see under the door into...

“Upon arrival the gentleman at the front was very kind and accommodating. It was a nice room very clean My only complaint is the night desk lady who gave my boyfriend her phone number to hang out together. Kinda disrespectful but other then that very comfy!! Thank you ”

“German roaches on my toothbrush at 10 pm. Roaches on the table. I’m glad I couldn’t get to sleep and got up to go to the bathroom I left the property immediately and got a room at the quality inn adjacent to this ramshackle bldg. I will be following up with the state authorities to do my best to shut this place down”

“Tipico hotel degli States. Grande camera, letto matrimoniale molto spazioso, divano, macchina per il caffe', ecc. Qualche segno di vecchiaia negli stipiti delle porte ma in linea di massima, da consigliare sicuramente. A differenza di molti hotel, offre la colazione, ma non aspettatevi chissà cosa. ”

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“This hotel was perfect for this sole business traveler. Immaculate, spacious room and excellent common areas, including the heated indoor pool. The area around the hotel is easy to move around and includes anything one could need for shopping or dining. Staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10, will stay again and recommend. ”

“My stay at the Hilton was very enjoyable overall. I had no complaints regarding cleanliness, and I appreciated how easy it was to locate items throughout the room, which made my experience comfortable and convenient. One area for improvement would be the shower amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have any perforated or tactile markings to distinguish them, which can be challenging for a visually impaired guest.
